Looking for a way to make a difference with the CCO? As a volunteer, you can help us carry out our mission of bringing excellent, vibrant performances and educational programs to the Ithaca and Finger Lakes regions.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
As a volunteer, you can gain a special behind-the-scenes experience at what goes into CCO performances while working with others who share a passion for our musical and educational mission. Our volunteers are integral to different aspects of our programs and general operations.

CONCERT ASSISTANCE: Serve as Usher/Greeter, Stuff program inserts

HOST A MUSICIAN: Provide a welcoming room during concert weeks
​
PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR GUEST ARTISTS: To and from airport, to/from hotel to rehearsals
​
ASSIST WITH FUNDRAISING EVENTS: Help implement inspiring events for CCO lovers
​
DISTRIBUTE MARKETING MATERIALS: Share physical and/or digital posers and flyers
SUPPORT OUR YOUTH OUTREACH: Engage with youth outreach and library concert programs
​
IDENTIFY FUNDING SOURCES: Assist with finding and writing funding proposals
